Surfboards that are too short, narrow or thin may only slow down your progression.

Yes the efoil equipment is included. We do offer the option to take your own efoil on our tours. As we understand you have experience using your own equipment. We also offer a bug price difference in our road trips for thos who choose to use your own equipment. For the boat trips we are limited with discounts because we already offer the best price available considering the cost of Catamran sailing/Efoils.

We do have wetsuits available in most locations, but a some locations require more heavy wetsuits as others. Norway will typically require thicker wetsuits as Greece. Getting your own wetsuit is a healthy investment, and will give you an optimal comfortable fit. However, you are free to book a special wetsuit for your adventure.

The beauty of E Foiling is that it is an accessible skill for nearly everyone. The E Foil is something that just about anyone can learn. . You should feel at ease in the water, which is why we offer top-notch gear! If you can swim 25 meters and tread water for 5 minutes, you'll do great. Our instructors undergo extensive rescue training and drills, and they're always available to answer your questions. No need to worry; we've got everything under control

A reservation requires a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. However we will try to find a solutions so you can re-use this deposit another time. You may submit a request to move the deposit to another Trip upto 30 days in advance.

If such a situation arises after the cancellation deadline, we recommend that you contact your personal cancellation insurance provider as soon as possible. Breakfast and a lunch are included daily on all cruises. Dinner is not included, as we encourage our clients to explore the local towns in the evening, experiencing local food and wine! Lunches are usually 3 courses, with a soup/salad starter, meat or fish-based main course and fruit/cake for dessert.

Cabins are based on 2 sharing, and consist of a large bed. If you prefer a solo cabin, it is important you let us know this upon booking, so we are aware and will note your preference. Our ship allocation is finalised a week before departure.

Check-in is available between 2:00pm and 18.00pm on day 1 of your cruise. If you’re unable to make it to check-in on time, you can easily catch up with your ship at your first destination.

Yes, of course, we can pick you up and transfer you to the surf camp from the nearest airports and train-bus stations, you have to inform us in advance of the day, date, and place of arrival. The prices of the transfers vary according to the place of pick-up and will be per person and way.

If you’re unable to arrive at your departure point for check-in, it’s easy to catch up with your ship at your first destination. If you need assistance planning your arrival, a member of our Sales Team will be happy to help you connect the dots! We are able to provide land based transfers if required, or our Operations Team are also able to assist you on the ground with logistics.

We highly recommend limiting your luggage to one bag. We recommend bringing bags and no hard suitcases. Your cabin won’t be overly large.

Yes, we highly recommend that you take out Travel Sport Insurance that would cover cancellation, personal injury, medical expenses, personal liability & loss of personal property before you travel with us. It’s also important to check that your insurance covers all of the efoil and optional excursions you may be doing whilst onboard the cruise with us.

The tour will still go on! Unless the conditions are unsafe, lessons will continue even if it rains. We VERY RARELY have to cancel a tour .

Our minimum age requirement is 10 years old. As for the maximum age, we've seen eFoil enthusiasts in their seventies! If you're a proficient swimmer and harbor a love for aquatic adventures, feel free to contact us to address any age-related inquiries.
