Refunds & cancellations for Road trips 

• A reservation requires a deposit of 290€, the balance is to be paid 2 months before the trip starts.
• Should you be unable to participate, we'll work on transferring your deposit so you can join a tour on a different occasion. We only request to inform us at least 40 days in advance.

Refunds & cancellations for Boat trips

• We can only re-assign your budget to another tour, but are unable to offer financial refunds in case you cancel.
• A reservation requires a deposit of 490€, the balance is to be paid 3 months before the trip starts.
• Should you be unable to participate, we'll work on transferring your deposit so you can join a tour on a different occasion. We only request to inform us at least 40 days in advance.
• Due to the high costs associated with chartering boats, and our non-profit nature, our cancellation options are limited. We appreciate your understanding of these constraints.
• Should you wish to cancel after this period, we will do our best to find a replacement. However this is without any guarantees.
